When life no longer feels aligned, when relationships strain, or when an inner shift begins to call for attention, therapy can offer clarity, steadiness and direction.
At Transformation Tree, you are met with a trauma-informed, compassionate and deeply collaborative approach.
I support adults and couples who want more than symptom relief—those seeking integration, authenticity and meaningful, long-term change.
Together, we work gently and intentionally, attuning to your nervous system and exploring what is ready to heal in a way that feels safe, respectful and grounded.
