I hold a diploma and a bachelor's degree in Counselling. I am a NeuroChange® practitioner, an advanced Yoga Teacher, and a Reiki Master.
My practice stands at the intersection of science, relational depth, and human potential, where neuroscience, humanistic psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Gottman-informed relationship tools meet contemplative and somatic wisdom. To further support clients, I am currently completing postgraduate studies to deepen my understanding of the neurobiology of change and mind–body integration.
Many people seek counselling when the life they’ve built no longer feels aligned, when grief breaks them open, relationships strain, or an inner shift calls them toward deeper truth.
I support individuals and couples who want more than symptom relief. My work is for those drawn toward authenticity, integration, and meaningful change.
Together, we explore how emotional patterns form in both the psyche and the nervous system, and how awareness, compassion, and intentional practice can reshape these patterns toward coherence and inner steadiness.
In my professional experience, therapy is not about fixing what is wrong, but nurturing what is ready to unfold, in a trauma-informed way.
With over 10 years of clinical experience and two decades of contemplative practice, I draw on a pluralistic and evidence-based foundation to support sustainable transformation.
We work collaboratively to strengthen emotional regulation, integrate protective and wounded parts, and cultivate clarity, resilience, and presence.
This is depth work—relationally attuned, evidence-based, and soul-aware. It invites not just recovery, but transformation: a return to coherence, authenticity, and an integrated sense of Self.
