Counselling is a professional therapeutic service that supports individuals, couples, and families to address emotional, psychological, relational, and life challenges. Counselling focuses on wellbeing, insight, coping skills, and personal development through evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
This practice supports people who want more than symptom management. Therapy is grounded in evidence-based psychology while also attending to meaning, coherence, and the deeper shifts that allow change to last. The work is intentional, relational, and tailored to your lived values. Human experience is understood as multifaceted, with attention given to body, mind, emotion, and meaning as interconnected domains that support overall wellbeing.
You can make appointments online through the Bookings & Fees page or contact us directly via telephone or email.
